Introduction
In order to complement the multidisciplinary content and provide a basis for working with other objects of knowledge, as well as to promote a cultural immersion for the students in various environments, we have scheduled a pedagogical outing for your child’s class, which will take place in the following format:

TROPEIRISMO, DUTCH IMMIGRATION AND PARANAENSE COUNTRYSIDE

CURRICULAR COMPONENTS
History: tropeirismo, city formation, European immigration (Dutch, Germans, Poles, etc.), constitution of Paraná.
Geography: Campos Gerais, countryside–city, landscape, land use, agricultural production.
Sociology: work, cooperativism, community organization, cultural relations.
Art: architecture, cultural symbols, typical manifestations (windmill, costumes, festivals).
Portuguese Language: reading signs, maps, brochures; text production (reports, chronicles, articles).
THEMATIC FOCUSES OF THE ITINERARY
Recognize Castro as a historical city linked to tropeirismo and the formation of Paraná.
Understand the origin of Castrolanda as a colony of Dutch immigrants and its role in regional agriculture.
Identify cultural marks (architecture, museums, gastronomy, symbols) that reveal the presence of different ethnic groups.
Relate history, geography, economy, and culture in the analysis of the visited space.
Reflect on food production, cooperativism, work in the countryside, and its importance for daily life.
