Introduction
In order to complement the multidisciplinary content and provide a basis for working with other knowledge objects, as well as to promote a cultural immersion for students in various environments, we have scheduled a pedagogical outing for your child’s class, which will take place in the following format:

CURRICULAR COMPONENTS
History: Italian immigration; colonization of Paraná; formation of Colombo; festivals and traditions.
Geography: Metropolitan Region of Curitiba; rural vs urban space; rural tourism; karst landscapes.
Science: limestone rocks, caves, water, conservation of underground environments; associated fauna.
Environmental Education: public use in conservation units; visitation limits; sustainable tourism.
Portuguese Language: reading signs, panels and materials about tourism and conservation; production of narrative and opinion texts.
THEMATIC FOCUS OF THE ITINERARY
Recognize Colombo as a municipality with a strong Italian colony, with festivals, wineries, and rural circuits.
Identify elements of local Italian culture (architecture, wineries, religiosity, gastronomy).
Understand what rural tourism is and its importance in supplementing income and valuing family agriculture.
Know the Gruta do Bacaetava as a natural heritage, understanding in an introductory way the formation of limestone caves.
Reflect on environmental conservation, public use in conservation units, and responsible tourism.
Develop a posture of respect, safety, and cooperation in rural and natural environments.
