Departure Date: 26/08/2026 / Arrival Date: 27/08/2026
Audience: Students of the Adventist Education Network
Schedule for boarding:
• 01h45: Arrival at the school for check-in and boarding.
• 02h00: On-time departure of the buses.
Mandatory Documentation (Strict Rules)
Attention: Without the physical and original document, boarding will not be allowed. Photos of documents will not be accepted.
• Above 12 years: Original ID or notarized copy. (In the absence of ID, original passport).
• Up to 11 years and 11 months: Original Birth Certificate or notarized copy.
Travel Authorization: Must be notarized (requirement of the CNJ - National Justice Council).
o Note: Signatures via GOV.BR will not be accepted.
o Deadline for submission at the school: Until 18/08/2026.
What to bring and Clothing
• Uniform: Wearing the school or class t-shirt is mandatory (for 9th grade and 3rd year high school graduates).
In the backpack: Change of clothes, cell phone charger, sunscreen, continuous use medications with a prescription, documents, and cards.
Comfort on the bus: Pillows and blankets are allowed (can stay on the bus during the day).
Identification: If possible, put your name and school on all personal items.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
• Objects: Knives, blades, horns, speakers, shaving creams, or any item that causes discomfort.
Substances: The use of alcohol, cigarettes, energy drinks (including electronic/Vape), and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Non-compliance will result in removal from the trip, requiring the presence of a guardian for the release of the minor.
Food and Extra Expenses
• Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, PIX, or prepaid consumption card (purchased at the ticket offices).
Locations: Check the options at betocarrero.com.br/restaurantes.
Storage: Available at the entrance for prices between R$ 40.00 and R$ 50.00.
Health: Stay hydrated and don’t forget to eat. The park has a medical clinic, if necessary.
Safety and Logistics in the Park
• Access: The use of the wristband and passport is mandatory to pass through the turnstile.
Exclusivity: The park will be open only for the Adventist Network. The turnstiles will be blocked for temporary exits.
Support: There will be monitors on duty in strategic areas and at the clinic.
Lost and Found: Located next to the storage, at the entrance of the park.

Show Schedule (Main Times)
Stay alert to the clock so you don’t miss the exclusive presentations:
• 13h30: Hot Wheels Themed Show (A lot of adrenaline and radical maneuvers).
• 14h: Acqua Show (Spectacle with lights and movements in the water).
• 16h: Madagascar Circus Show (Fun with DreamWorks characters).

Meeting Point and Closing
The end of the day requires extra attention so that no one is left behind:
• 18h – General Meeting Point: All students must go to the designated location for the Closing Show. This is the time to gather the group and do the final check.
Attention: Each school group will have its location confirmed with the guide from your school.

Return Schedule
• 19h to 19h20 – Departure from the Park: Deadline for boarding the buses. Students will leave the park with their guide.
• 03h00 – Arrival at the School: Estimated drop-off in front of the school.
o Tip: Notify your parents or guardians when we are leaving the park (at 19h) so they can plan to pick you up.
